AAUW Florida Public Policy Issue Forums
Wouldn’t you like more in-depth information on the important issues facing Florida from a nonpartisan but equity-focused viewpoint? Would you like to be able to ask your own questions of experts regarding these issues? Then be sure to attend as many AAUW Florida Issue Forums this year as you can. All sessions will start at 6:00 PM and last for an hour. The series is open to AAUW members and guests.  Follow this link to access the list of forums and registration information.

Guest speakers highlight our branch meetings on the third Thursday of the month at 11:30 a.m. from September through April, with exceptions for holidays. 

Our meetings begin with a lunch buffet ($15 payable at the door – cash or check) at 11:30 a.m. followed by a free program beginning at 12:10 am.  Those who do not wish to partake in breakfast are still encouraged to come for the free programs.   Our branch meeting will begin at 12:45 am following the program.

If you wish to join us for lunch at 11:30, please contact us.  We welcome the public to attend.

Our meetings are held at Water’s Edge of Lake Wales, 10 W. Grove Ave., Lake Wales, FL.
